Our Director of Clinical and Translational Research, Amelia Martín Uranga, participated on Wednesday in Innodata 2025, a national conference on innovation through the use of health data, organised by the Virgen Macarena University Hospital, FISEVI and IBiS Institute of Biomedicine of Seville.
During her presentation, Amelia highlighted how digital tools enable more flexible and accessible clinical trials, bringing research closer to more patients in different autonomous communities, while always guaranteeing patient safety and data quality.
She also analysed the challenges, opportunities and initiatives arising from the use of health data, as well as the importance of advancing harmonisation, governance and regulation in order to maintain Spain’s leadership in this strategic area for pharmaceutical innovation.
