This information forms and regulates the conditions of use, the limitations of liability and the obligations that the users of the website published under the domain name www.distefar.com assume and undertake to respect.

Definitions

"Page", the domain www.distefar.com made available to Internet Users.

"User", a natural or legal person who uses or requests an electronic communications service available to the public. (Definition contained in the European Electronic Communications Code)

"End user", the user who does not supply public communications networks or electronic communications services available to the public. (Definition contained in the European Electronic Communications Code)

"Content", the pages that make up the entirety of the domain www.distefar.com, which constitute the information and the services that DISTEFAR DEL SUR makes available to Internet Users. "Hyperlink", a technique whereby a User can navigate through different pages of the Web, or through the Internet, with a simple click on the text, icon, button or indicator containing the link.

"Cookies", a technical means for the "traceability" and tracking of navigation on Websites. They are small text files that are written onto the User's computer. This method has implications for privacy, which is why DISTEFAR DEL SUR will give timely and reliable notice of its use at the time it is implemented on the Page.

"Terminal equipment", equipment connected directly or indirectly to the interface of a public telecommunications network to transmit, process or receive information. (Definition contained in Directive 2008/63 on competition in the markets in telecommunications terminal equipment).
